Our Friends at Worthing High School

As part of the South Downs Education Trust, we work closely with our friends at Worthing High School. This means that the children at Clapham and Patching have access to specialist teachers and frequently visit Worthing High School to share their excellent facilities. 

We work hard to ensure that the transition to High School for our year 6 children is as smooth as possible, regardless of where they choose to attend next. Throughout the year, we regularly visit Worthing High School to take part in events and activities, and also our year 6 children join the Year 7 students for some of their lessons in the summer term. 

In addition to this, as part of the South Downs Education Trust, children that attend Clapham and Patching CofE Primary School have a higher priority in the admission criteria for Worthing High School.
